G. S. Jimmi official name Gursharan Singh though hails from an agrarian family of Ambala District in Haryana, got in to music activity professionally by serving All India Radio, Delhi, in the capacity of Music Composer for thirty years. He got chance to meet leading personalities in Music field and gathered as much knowledge as he could from their association.
After retiring in 2005 his involvement in Music paused for a while, but Internet revolution and platforms like YouTube made him switch to music activity again. As his subject matter is ‘Light Music’ He endeavored to start You Tube Channel with the name ‘SOOHI MUSIC’ IN 2022. He is proud to upload his original compositions based on Classical, Folk and western flavors on You Tube. He is provided original Lyrics by his associate lyricists Ashk Ambalvi and Ajay Chaurasia.
About Soohi Music
The concept of Music channel “Soohi Music” conceived and Ideated by Gursharan Singh [G. S. Jimmi] when He realised turning point in technology for creating and uploading of music in a digitalised form as old format like Cassettes, CD’s had already vanished. He got timely association of Mr Ajay Chaurasia and Ashk Ambalvi to provide him masterpieces in form of their original Lyrics.
